The Google Ads Audit Sheet
Find out what your account is wasting, in about an hour.
Fifteen checks, in the order they should be run, each with the number that tells you whether it passed. The same sheet I use on accounts spending six figures a month. No course, no call, no upsell.

Where should I send the sheet?
On one national retail account, 412,295 people clicked an ad and only 318,742 landing page views were recorded. Almost a quarter of the spend bought a click that never became a visit.
Nothing was broken in an obvious way. No error, no alert, no red number on a dashboard. The two figures simply lived in two different reports and nobody put them side by side.
That comparison is the first check on this sheet, because it is the one that most often finds real money.
-
01Fifteen checks in run orderTracking first, then structure, then spend, then creative. Run out of order, you can lose a weekend and fix nothing.
-
02The pass number for every checkNot “review your search terms.” The specific figure that means it is fine, and the figure that means it is bleeding.
-
03A findings tab you can hand to someoneIf the fix turns out to be bigger than your Saturday, the sheet is already the brief.
